On-site access roadways (where required) shall have an all-weather driving surface capable of supporting seventy thousand (70,000) pounds and shall have a minimum unobstructed width of twenty (20) feet and shall not be less than ten (10) feet from the building. Access ways shall have adequate turning radius for fire department apparatus and shall have a minimum of thirteen (13) feet, six inches vertical clearance. The maximum grade shall not exceed four percent. Firefighting aerial apparatus setup locations shall be a minimum width of thirty (30) feet. (Prior code §§ 9.28.1210, 15.08.806)
