15.92.230   Effective precipitation.
   The director may consider effective precipitation (twenty-five (25) percent of annual precipitation) in tracking water use and may use the following equations to calculate maximum applied water allowance:
   A.   For residential areas: MAWA= (ETo - Eppt) (0.62) [(0.55 x LA) + (0.45 x SLA)]; or
   B.   For nonresidential areas: MAWA= (ETo-EPPT) (0.62) [(0.45 x LA) + (0.55 x SLA)].
