15.80.050   Effective date.
   Except as otherwise provided in Section 15.80.060 of this chapter, the requirements as set forth in this chapter shall apply to all buildings which are subject to the regulations of this chapter and for which permits for new construction are issued on or after ninety (90) days following the effective date of this chapter. (Prior code § 9.23.935)
