Any person who has been issued a permit for any work covered by this code shall provide suitable containers on
the job site for the deposit of all garbage, rubbish and waste matter and shall provide for the immediate disposal of such material during and upon completion of the work. No garbage, rubbish or waste matter shall be buried or otherwise left on the job site after completion of the work project except as provided in Section 15.44.100 of this title. The permittee shall be responsible for the cost of removing any garbage, rubbish and waste matter from the job site which is found or left upon any public or private property. (Prior code § 9.09.380)
