A. Subsection 317.1.4 is added to the end of CEBC section 317.1 to read as follows:
317.1.4. As amended and adopted, the provisions of section 317 through section 322 establish minimum standards for earthquake evaluation and design for retrofit of existing structures that are within the regulatory authority of the city or for which the city is the enforcing agency.
B. Subsection 317.3.1.1 is added to the end of CEBC section 317.3.1 to read as follows:
317.3.1.1. Subsection 317.3.1 is applicable to existing structures that are within the regulatory authority of the city or for which the city is the enforcing agency.
C. Subsections 503.4, 503.5, 503.6, 503.7, 503.8, 503.9, 503.10, 503.11, 503.12, 503.13, and 503.14 are adopted. (Ord. 2022-0026 § 12; Ord. 2019-0042 § 10)
