13.24.680   Notice of violation.
   The solid waste manager may issue a notice of violation to any person violating a provision of this chapter, including, but not limited to, any franchise requirement, permit, information request, reporting requirement, or rule or regulation that the solid waste manager is authorized to enforce pursuant to this chapter.
