If all or part of any utility service charges for any premises are not paid on or prior to the past due date specified in Section 13.12.070, the water service and other utility services to the premises may be terminated in accordance with the procedures set forth in this article. The provisions of this article govern only the termination of utility services for nonpayment and do not apply when utility services are terminated for any other reason. (Ord. 2011-051 § 2)
