In addition to any other remedies and penalties set forth in this chapter, the remedies specified in Title 1 of this code, including, but not limited to, administrative penalties may be imposed pursuant to Section 1.28.010 of this code, against any person, firm or entity who violates the provisions of this article. The amount of the administrative penalty shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first violation, two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a second violation within any twelve (12) month period, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any subsequent violations within any twelve (12) month period.
