   The fee required for connection to sanitary sewer lines for each parcel within this district shown on the map at the end of this chapter marked Exhibit "A" shall be as follows:

   Said fee shall increase at the rate of .583 percent per month commencing August 1, 1978 and on the first day of each succeeding calendar month. Payment of said connection fee shall be in addition to payment of any other connection fee established by ordinance or law. (Prior code § 36.12.903)
