The regional sewer use charges and the sewer connection charges imposed by the Sacramento regional county sanitation district sewer use ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of the December 11, 1996, Sacramento regional wastewater management program master interagency agreement, as amended, may be billed by the city along with the charges imposed by this article. All provisions of this article shall be applicable to the district charges; provided that these charges shall be identified as such on each utility billing and shall not be combined with any other rate, fee or charge appearing on the billing except for showing the total sum due to the city.
