Any person damaging or removing any portion of the city sewer system or storm drain system shall reimburse the city's costs of investigating and repairing the damage and/or replacing any removed or damaged item(s), and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless city, its officers and employees from and against any claims, actions, costs (including attorney fees), damages or other liability resulting from the damage or removal.
