Unless specifically provided otherwise in this chapter, the general requirements set forth in Article XV of the City Charter and in Chapter 2.40 of this code governing the appointment of commission and commission members, attendance at commission and commission meetings, voting and removal shall apply to the commission. A member is subject to removal for good cause, neglect of duty or misconduct as provided in City Charter Section 232. (Ord. 2008-001 § 1)
