12.104.140   Tampering with or boarding vessels.
   No person shall willfully injure, break, remove, or tamper with any part of a vessel moored at the docks, nor shall any person climb into, or upon, a vessel without the consent of the owner, unless in the performance of official duties, or to protect life or property. (Ord. 2022-0012 § 2)
