12.104.030   Mooring charges.
   A.   Any fees and charges for the mooring of vessels or other activities provided for in this chapter shall be in amounts established by resolution of city council.
   B.   The fees and charges established under subsection A shall not apply to vessel owners paying rent, monthly moorage fees, or docking fees under a concession contract, lease, license, or similar agreement. (Ord. 2022-0012 § 2)
