The city, its agents or employees operating the airport assumes no responsibility for damage to property stored thereon or property thereon of persons using the airport facilities, by reason of fire, theft, vandalism, windstorm, flood, earthquake or collision, nor does it assume any liability by reason of injury to persons while on the airport or while using the facilities of same.
