12.88.360   Operation of vehicles and mobile equipment on terminal building apron or aircraft parking apron.
   No person shall operate any motor vehicle or mobile equipment on the apron of the terminal building, or aircraft parking apron, or in the hangar area, except:
   A.   Persons assigned to duty thereon, which duty requires such person to operate a motor vehicle or other mobile equipment.
   B.   Persons authorized by the airport manager. (Prior code § 4.02.055)
