2.60.040   Conflict of interest and financial disclosure statements.
   All appointees to the planning and design commission shall be subject to Chapter 2.16 of this code relating to conflicts of interest and shall be required to file statements disclosing financial interests pursuant to the city's conflict of interest code. (Ord. 2012-004 § 2)
