12.84.090   Evidence of violation of Sections 12.84.030 to 12.84.070.
   If the operator of any aircraft is declared to be in violation of Sections 12.84.030 to 12.84.070 of this chapter by the airport manager or his or her designated representative, such finding shall be presumptive evidence of such violation. (Prior code § 4.01.008)
