12.76.270   No nonlicensed vessels in Sacramento marina.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate within the Sacramento marina a vessel for which a Sacramento marina berth license has not been issued, except with prior approval; provided, however, that it shall not be unlawful to enter the marina for the purpose of navigating directly to and from the fuel dock to purchase fuel or other supplies. (Ord. 2006-059 § 1)
