12.76.240   Liability for damage and/or loss of property.
   The owner of a vessel shall assume all liability for damage or loss of any kind to the owner's property while within the confines of the Sacramento marina. The city assumes no risk on account of fire, theft, act of God, or damage of any nature, from any cause whatever, to vessels or other property. (Ord. 2006-059 § 1)
