12.76.170   Children in marina.
   It is unlawful for any child under the age of fifteen (15) years to enter, remain, or be upon any of the floats, gang-ways, or vessels in the Sacramento marina, unless such child is accompanied by a responsible adult who is authorized to be in the Sacramento marina pursuant to Section 12.76.090 of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-059 § 1)
