12.72.340   Special access permit annual fee.
   Prior to issuance of an initial or renewed special access permit, the applicant shall pay an annual fee in the amount established by resolution of the city council. There shall be no refund of all or any portion of the annual fee. (Ord. 2012-042 § 5)
