The board shall consist of five members of the Sacramento housing and redevelopment commission to be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the city council. The term of office for each such member of the board shall coincide with that member's term of office as a member of the Sacramento housing and redevelopment commission. Members shall receive all actual and necessary expenses, including travel expenses, incurred in the discharge of their duties. (Prior code § 60.13.112)
