An application for a special event permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee to cover the costs for review of the application and processing the permit in the amount established by resolution of the city council. Applications submitted less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the special event shall be subject to payment of a late application fee in the amount established by resolution of the city council.
