12.40.060   Limitation.
   Except as provided otherwise in this chapter, no gates, barriers or other control devices installed in any alley pursuant to this chapter shall be operated in a selective manner that restricts the access of some vehicles and/or pedestrians to the alley, while permitting other vehicles and/or pedestrians unrestricted access to the alley. (Prior code § 38.17.255)
