A. On all matters voted upon by each city board or commission, the ayes, nays, and members present and not voting shall be entered upon the minutes or other record of the meeting by the city clerk or secretary.
B. To vote, a member must be physically present at the dais at the designated meeting location or at a properly noticed teleconference location. Proxy or absentee voting is not permitted. (Ord. 2024-0042 § 8; Ord. 2022-0024 § 2)
