12.04.050   Special gas tax street improvement fund.
   There is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the "special gas tax street improvement fund." All money received from the state under the Motor Vehicle Fuel License Tax Law shall be paid into such fund and such money shall be used for the purposes specified under the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code. (Prior code § 38.01.020)
