10.80.030   City manager authority-City permit process.
   The city manager shall have the authority to promulgate regulations as necessary for the inspection, permitting and licensing of golf carts and their operators within the city, which shall become effective when adopted by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 2003-004 § 1)
