A. Any applicant for a permit, or a permit holder, aggrieved by action of the police department pursuant to Sections 10.68.040, 10.68.060 or 10.68.070(B) of this chapter may within ten (10) days of being notified of such action, appeal the same to the city council by filing a notice of appeal with the city clerk.
B. The city clerk shall calendar a hearing on the appeal and notify the person filing the appeal of the date, time and place of such hearing.
C. On the date and time for the hearing, the city council shall hear such testimony from the concerned parties as may be necessary and shall take such action with regard to the action of the police department as it may deem proper. (Prior code § 25.06.097)
