10.68.020 Permit for operation of motor vehicles other than upon streets, highways, etc.

Any person possessing a valid permit issued pursuant to Section 10.68.040 of this chapter may operate a motor vehicle other than upon the streets, highways and thoroughfares specifically established and provided therefor, provided, that such operation is in conformance with the terms and conditions of such permit. (Prior code § 25.06.091)
