A. If a seat on a board or commission becomes vacant during a member's term, the vacancy shall be filled in the same manner that a member is required to be initially appointed to that seat, pursuant to this code, ordinance, or resolution.
B. If, at the end of a member's term, the member is not reappointed and a successor is not appointed, the member may continue to serve until they are reappointed or a successor is appointed. (Ord. 2022-0024 § 2)
