10.48.040 Designation of residential permit parking areas.

The city council may, by resolution, designate any residential area as a residential permit parking area. The resolution shall state the boundaries of the area, applicable parking regulations, and fees, if any, to be charged upon permit issuance. (Ord. 2012-007 § 1; prior code § 25.10.171)
