10.24.060 Transportation permit fees.

   No transportation permit shall be issued except upon payment as established by resolution of the city council for the following:

   A.   Short term permits;

   B.   Annual permits;

   C.   Duplicate permits for additional identical loads;

      1.   Short term permits,

      2.   Annual permits;

   D.   Route modifications for annual permits;

   E.   A route modification or time extension of a short term transportation permit shall be deemed an application for a new transportation permit and subject to full payment of the applicable fees;

   F.   Transportation permit fees may be waived for government agencies. (Prior code § 25.04.067)
