10.24.040   Issuance of transportation permits.
   The city traffic engineer may issue transportation permits subject to the provisions of Article 6, Chapter 5 of Division 15 of the Vehicle Code (commencing with Section 35780) at his or her discretion and if good cause appears. The traffic engineer is authorized to impose conditions and restrictions, or refuse permits as provided in said sections. (Prior code § 25.04.065)
