10.24.030   Transportation permit required.
   No person shall drive or move on city streets or highways any vehicle which exceeds, or any vehicle on which a load exceeds, the height, width, length, or weight limits established in Division 15 of the Vehicle Code without first obtaining a transportation permit as provided in this chapter. (Prior code § 25.04.064)
