10.08.130   Violation-Penalty.
   Except where otherwise specifically indicated in this title, violation of any provision of this title shall be an infraction punishable by fine in the sum set by the Judicial Council of the Municipal Court of the Sacramento Judicial District. (Prior code § 25.01.029)
