9.44.810   Permit required.
   It is unlawful for any person to operate, conduct or maintain any commercial animal exhibition in which any domestic or wild animal is displayed, used or kept without first obtaining a permit from the animal care service manager at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled performance or event. (Ord. 2010-022 § 3)
