9.44.560   License-Required.
   It is unlawful for any person to maintain, within the limits of the city, a swine as permitted by Section 9.44.320 of this title, over the age of four months, without first obtaining from the city a license authorizing the keeping of such swine within the city.
   Violation of this section is an infraction subject to the provisions of Government Code Section 36900 (b). (Prior code § 6.10.130)
