2.20.020   Marksmanship badge-Established.
   A system of official badges for marksmanship to be worn by the members of the police department who have earned them is established. The medal shall consist of a medallion and bar pin which shall indicate the rank attained in the practice test. This bar shall be changed from year to year to indicate such rank. (Prior code § 30.01.004)
