2.16.160   Applicability.
   The provisions of this article shall apply to each designated employee required to file a statement disclosing financial interest pursuant to the conflict of interest code adopted by the city council for his or her department pursuant to the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Government Code Sections 81000, et seq.). (Prior code § 53.04.030)
