8.116.030 Applicability.

This chapter shall apply only to the operation of vehicles with a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating greater than fourteen thousand (14,000) pounds, all TRUs, and off-road equipment with a horsepower rating of fifty (50) or greater. (Ord. 2004-051 § 1)
