8.108.070   Violation-Penalty.
   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than sixty (60) days, or by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or both. (Prior code § 21.05.043)
