All persons engaged in the business of cleaning out vaults and cesspools in the city shall file a bond in the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) in favor of the city, with two good and sufficient sureties, that they will faithfully observe the provisions of the preceding section. Such bond shall be approved by the health department and filed with the secretary of the health department. (Prior code § 21.01.003)
