Every person engaged in doing construction or remodeling work of any kind within the city, who employs people to do his or her work for him or her, and where no sewer connection is available, shall provide a temporary sanitary privy for each twenty (20) people, or fractional part thereof, working at each job site. Every sanitary privy installed in accordance with the provisions of this section shall consist of either a patented chemical type or a pit privy type and shall be maintained and operated in accordance with rules and regulations as approved by the health officer.
