8.100.660   Inadequate maintenance.
   Any building or portion thereof which is determined to be an unsafe building in accordance with the California Building Code shall be deemed to be inadequately maintained. (Ord. 2009-014 § 2; Ord. 2004-008 § 19; prior code § 49.10.1012)
