8.100.540   General requirements.
   All buildings or portions thereof shall be provided with the degree of fire resistive construction as required by the California Building Code for the appropriate occupancy, type of construction and location on property or in fire zone; and shall be provided with the appropriate fire-extinguishing systems or equipment required by the California Building Code. (Ord. 2004-008 § 15; prior code § 49.09.901)
