2.15.180   The city clerk.
   The city clerk shall:
   A.   Oversee compliance with this chapter, including creation of all forms and explanatory materials.
   B.   Maintain an electronic filing system for submission of registrations and reports, and publish them on the City's website.
   Accept all required filings under articles III and IV of this chapter. (Ord. 2021-0001 § 10; Ord. 2003-034 § 1)
