8.96.380   Abatement of immediately dangerous buildings or structures-General.
   Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, the procedures for the abatement of an immediately dangerous building or structure shall be regulated by the provisions of this article. (Prior code § 50.10.1001)
