For the purpose of this chapter, certain phrases and terms and their derivatives shall be construed as specified in this article. Words, phrases, and terms used in this chapter, but not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings stated therefor in Titles 8 and 15 of this code. Where not defined in this code, such words, phrases, and terms shall have the meanings stated therefor in Webster's New International Dictionary of the English Language, Unabridged, Second Edition.
