The housing code advisory and appeals board, created in Chapter 8.100 of this title, shall hear appeals provided for hereunder and shall provide final interpretations of this code. Appeals to the board shall be processed in accordance with Article V of this chapter. Copies of all rules and regulations adopted by the board shall be delivered to the building official, who shall make them freely accessible to the public. The housing code advisory and appeals board shall be referred to as the housing board in this chapter. (Prior code § 50.02.205)
